Nicky Simmons has worked in healthcare for over 30 years and brings a strong blend of operational understanding and people-focused leadership to LondonHealthConsult. Her background spans both the NHS and the independent sector, where she has supported clinical teams, shaped services, and worked closely with clinical and operational healthcare professionals in both frontline and management settings.
This experience gives her a grounded, realistic view of what effective leadership looks like within healthcare organisations and what senior appointments need in order to succeed. She understands the pressures, the pace, and the importance of placing the right people into roles that support both teams and patients. At the centre of her approach is her appreciation for connecting people, the individuals who deliver care, those who manage it and the organisations working hard to provide safe, high-quality services.
