Nicky Simmons, Founder & M.D

Nicky has spent over 30 years dedicated to Healthcare management, putting the patient at the centre of every decision she made. After spending a few years as a head-hunter, post graduating, she joined the NHS on a scheme to develop the CEO's of the future, working in a leadership role at North West London Hospital NHS Trust. 

She went on to work for a start-up organisation bidding for procurement deals to set up Independent Treatment Centres around the U.K. Subsequent roles held included Consultant Liaison Manager at The Wellington Hospital and Chief Operating Officer at London Bridge Hospital.

When not working, Nicky spends time looking after (her) two children, one large Labrador and a husband.
